We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities fulfilling all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and Turkish bath were delightful, allowing us to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the private facilities were also exceptional.
We had a minor issue regarding the service provided at the restaurant. It was not up to par with our expectations, which somewhat spoiled the dining experience.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. Being situated right next to the train station allowed us to easily travel around the city and explore all that Berlin has to offer. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the crib that was provided for our baby. Additionally, having a fridge in the room was a great convenience.

the bed provided a restful sleep, and the room had a stylish decor that I loved. the location of the hotel was superb. It was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to access transportation. I appreciated being within walking distance to major attractions, allowing me to explore the city without hassle.
It was disappointing not to have daily housekeeping services.
